"vc_bios_b960909" is the filename for one of the bios versions Hiroki was searching for the Velaciela's navigation system. "960909" represents the date September 9, 1996, back when the boys were first working on the plane. I usually notice things like this only because I used MS-DOS back in the early days before Windows.
