I downloaded a PS3 Theme builder and I'm going to put together a Shinkai PS3 theme. I'll post it when I get my first version ready.

Incidentally, what themes are people using? I find a lot of them make the icons and text hard to make out against the background. I have a Rez one at the moment which looks really cool on any of its cycling backgrounds, has sound effects though which might get annoying.
