... and I caught one myself >_< I haven't had one of these since grade school, but this year I broke my cold-free streak... So, what do you folks do to get rid of the common cold? I stay clear of pills and just drink tea all day... it seems to be working so far.

I'm a big believer in vitamin C and keeping warm. I usually try to "sweat" it out and just drink grapefruit juice all the time ad eat lots of soup

They say; it's better to catcht one cold per year...or the next will be much stronger
Tea with honey (not sugar) and a few drops of lemon... , and good Anime (Anime that makes you cry , very important), if doesn´t work try this:
1- Hot chicken soap with much good Anime (that makes you cry ) , or ,
2- A shot (or two ) of a hot drink (Bagasse, Aqua vitae ) and good Anime (that makes you cry ) _________________

I normally try and ride it out.
I've had a bit of one all through this winter. Just a blocked nose and a cough.
Ah well. Hope you people all get well soon _________________ "...Kanae fanboys represent!" - Zitch |

| I'm just getting over a cold, the other day I pulled a muscle somewhere around the back to the base of my neck after I sneezed. I just drank more green tea than I usually do. Occasionally I took some tylenol cold or tylenol fever or whatever its called. I don't mind the common cold, especially while growing up, I'd go to the hospital each year and they'd say I have bronchitis and end up giving me anywhere from 2-5 medications. |

Ouch, I didn't know you could pull a muscle by sneezing... I try to avoid sneezing when my throat is sore, otherwise I'll be stuck 5 min going "Holy Mother, that burns!" _________________ Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most. |

Ah man, few things hurt more than sneezing when your throat is raw.
I caught a cold a little while ago, but it wasn't bad. I don't think I've ever had a disease that was more than a minor inconvenience.
