I know some folks were watching the anime, but I got into the manga first and the series just ended. It ended kind of abruptly but I still liked the story. I'll definitely check out the anime. It reminded me of a Shinkai story the way the story and the characters develop .. very subtle.

Anyway ... check out either the manga or the anime if you get a chance.

I have to second Cross Game, though I've only watched the anime, which should be wrapping up in another 6 or so episodes.

Very excellent series, though.
