I wondered if anyone was going to get the TMT reference ... I'm currently watching Detroit Metal City ... which is hilarious Anyway .. the protagonist is a lead singer in a death metal band who really wants to be in a swedish pop band. He also wants to hide his metal band job from the girl he really likes. Tetrapod Melon Tea is the name of the Swedish pop Band that the metal singer envys. Sally My love, is the song that TMT plays in the anime. It's super whimpy and super funny.
I recommend DMC for anyone who likes metal, likes shows like Spinal tap .. or just wants a good laugh. Laz |

But I'd like to get the boxset with all 12 episodes first, but it's pretty steep at $117 US. And has no English dubbing or subtitles. I do hope there's a U.S. release of this series. And what a series to learn how to say "murder" in Japanese... |

I've ben watching the series on Crunchy Roll and it always cracks me up. My friend saw the live action movie in Japan and she said it was really funny.
