I really like the banner. That's a great image from the movie and the cherry blossoms falling totally fits the scene and the forums.

Sure is, that's a good idea I would be glad to.

What size would you be wanted Laz? This is the size used for links to a webpage or affiliants. So most likely this is what you would like. You think I shoud use an image from one of his later movies? I feel this way as well because most likely that's how people will know him. If you disagree though I would love to use She and Her Cat hehe.

Ill see how I feel about finishing something latter tonight. Just got back from work and I'm planign to do some color theory studies for my art. I still don't understand color but there's alot to it! Can't make things beautifle like Makoto Shinkai if I don't understand color and light to begin with.

I think "beauty" is renowned for its originality. It's not surprising people start off inspired by other artists but they usually end up doing their own styles. Just because you can't do things like Shinkai, it does not mean it is not beautiful.

What kind of work do you do?

Hmmm what kind of work do I do... well I'm not realyl sure if this is what you ment but in terms of my art I guess I like to communicate with my drawings. It's very interesting how good illustrations can really say so much but nothing in words type thing.

I really havnt found my self yet, but I am getting there. I'm really fond of animation though and it's ablity to share with us things from a third person perpective maybe even easier to understand.

After I watched 5 Centimeters Per Second, it felt life changing, I saw things a little differently. Generally everything just looked more beautifle to me and things I took for granted I try not to any more.

I hope to be able to share that type of experience with other`s someday in some form. So many forms though XD

Hehehe! I work at a cafe in my city's center, about a 45 min commute but I like the job and my boss.

I envy you. It's extremely difficult to find a spare job around where I am, especially part-timers which is what I want.
