Right now the plan is for each contest to have a winner.
Sai brought up a great point about how we are going to handle language in the Fan Fiction .. since we may get some Chinese submissions. We might need to have an English Fan Fiction Contest and a Foreign Language contest ... hmmmmm.....
These contests are becoming a pain

For the fan fiction then, you and Sai could be the judges (assuming he speaks chinese and english)? That way you could decide between you which one your feel should win.

For the non-english (I speake for myself), enter a contest with english, writing in english...seems...strange

I just didn't think about all this stuff
The good thing is that heard from Sunami-san at COmixWave and he's sending 6 posters ... so we're good for having 6 contests .... so the Fan Faction can have 2 prizes.
What I'm planning on doing is setting up Polls for these contests and having the voting open to people on the site during the day.
