Cosmonaut is set in Tanegashima, an island of Kagoshima Prefecture south of Kyuushuu. (southern Japan)

Thanks Junpei! I see that's where JAXA's main launchpad is. It struck me as obvious when I remembered the launch scene in 5cm.

For me, in Voices it was the scene of the alien city on Agharta, as Mikako is standing over the cliff edge, right before she is attacked by the Tarsians.
She and Her Cat - it is the scene of the cat sitting on the woman's chest as she lies back reading a book.

Unfortunately those are the only shows I have seen
