Ah, I forgot to say that I have the Kodansha's furigana Japanese<->English Dictionary. If you know your hiragana and katakana, you could be able to read as well as pronounce the kanji. So far, I find that it's an amazing dictionary. The way I memorize pronunciation as well as hiragana is just singing the iroha song and writing them down. At least for me, it's always been easy to do both.
I also have the Japanese version for Rosetta Stone. I've tried it out several times, but I don't have a microphone, so I can't do that part of it. But I don't really need that, I know a Japanese guy here. He understands what I'm saying, so it's more than enough for me. I've also constantly watched Japanese movies ever since I was a little one. Granted, it's no way to really learn it, but at least it was a way for me to learn some of the pronunciation when I was small.
