There's a 4th DVD that has a kind of recap version of Misuzu's story, plus a filler story for the Princess Kanna part, giving more details about their journey through the countryside.

Yeah, Yukito just disappears for some reason. Actually, I think they wanted people to believe that he's suppose to somehow be reincarnated as the bird. Yeah, I know, that makes no sense whatsoever. I guess they wanted to focus more on Misuzu's and Haruko's relationship and needed the guy out of the way. So they came up with that little strange twist.
The movie version, which was produced by another studio, keeps him in the story to the end.
I hope I didn't give too much away.
Hehehe... now I'm not going to see... just a joke... I always prefer to read, something first (I hate going to see something, and don't know anything... being in the dark)... and then make my own opinion _________________

Well, I just finished Season #1. The last episode had a very interesting "what if" kind of story. Overall, I feel like the whole thing is like watching a play. I wonder if that was the intention of the creators.
I know everyone has recommended torrents for After Story, but I think I'll wait and see if there is a US release. I've figured that it might come sometime early next year, based on the release dates for Season #1. We'll see. _________________ Remember Fu-chan!

It seems that they pulled a good one on the audience. What happened can be, in my opinion, 2 things. 1) Time reverted and things went back to when Ushio was born and this time around Nagisa was spared. Tomoya, however, retained the memories of those years that would, now, never come to happen. Or 2) They shifted to an alternative universe in which contrary to the previous one, Nagisa doesnt die while giving birth to Ushio, and yet Tomoya obtains the memories of the Tomoya in the alternative universe, of whom we'll never know anything more ever again.
