Hi everyone!

I haven't made a proper intro... Dunno that there's such thread present :p

I'm 17 years old, student in Singapore. Currently J1 and struggling with economics X(....

First stumbled Shinkai's work was around 2 years ago... My friend, who's also an otaku showed me Hoshi no Koe, which he said made only by one person. I was interested and remembered his name...
Then few months after, I was bored browsing Animenewsnetwork encyclopedia about any good anime to watch... Then there is funny title... 5 centimeters per second. I watched the trailer in youtube, immediately downloaded it the night after... downloaded the wrong version .mp4 (super small...), and watched immediately...

There was some project discussion after I watched byousoku... I screwed up.

Then I got afflicted by what my friend call it as: byousoku syndrome (maybe he was inspired by Higurashi) for about... 1.5 years? Sad thing that people around don't have a clue about what it is... Then I try promoting to my boarding friends... only few were interested... one or two became passionate...

Conclusion: Makoto Shinkai's works are not really for everyone to enjoy... hiks Crying or Very sad

Stumbled this website long time ago when googling for any Makoto Shinkai's works... but only became member recently... yah
