Some of the things I noticed while watching this time ... and it's strange since I was watching on an IPod was the facial expressions of Noboru. For example, Mikako is riding on the back of Noboru's bike and she says "Look up ..." I never noticed Noboru's expression ... it's one of shock/surprise. There are another few times where the facial expressions of the characters really took me by surprise. I'm so used to looking at the backgrounds ... I need to pay more attention to the characters :p

While late in replying compared to the rest of you, I do have to agree with all said and for me, the line that stands out most of all in the movie-sode (for me) was actually in the scene where Mikako was writing the e-mail to Noboru describing the flux tube between Jupiter and Io: "You have to see it to believe it"
It probably doesn't mean much to anyone else, but thinking on it, for me, she seems to be talking about everything she experienced in her life until that moment.
(This is from the English-dub at any rate.)
