I am from Sydney, Australia and while I have dreams and expectations to travel abroad to places like China and Vietnam and Thailand, I seriously doubt that I will ever see any of the places that I always dreamed of.
When not writing (I am a frelance journalist), I walk - everywhere, to the point that over the last few years, I have been taken to the goal of doing a cross-country walk (Sydney to Perth) for charity (namely the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation).
I've often been asked what is so good about walking and why do I do it. Every time my answer is the same: Why not?
Anyway, from tonight I will offline for at least as I am going to be walking over to Katoomba and back (a good 150 kilometer round trip) so catch up with you all at a later time. _________________ 'Thou shalt not converse with me' - Quas Farroway |

Wow, that's impressive. I enjoy walking but I just do it for the sake of being alone, getting fresh air and listening to music for an hour or so. _________________ I have opinions, opinions on things |

For me, it's about living life on the road, taking one day at a time. I suppose I never saw the point in following the mindless drones with getting jobs - just taking to the roads and living off the land : that's what I am doing with my life. _________________ 'Thou shalt not converse with me' - Quas Farroway |

Thank you, I shall. However even taking photos, I have no way to upload them, as I only have a mobile phone (with camera) and 3/4 of the time, there is no way for me to upload them on a computer! _________________ 'Thou shalt not converse with me' - Quas Farroway |

Not sure what kind of phone that you have (I've got a Blackberry) but I downloaded an app called itookthisonmyphone ... it uploads pictures from your phone to various picture sites (I use photobook). Works pretty well for me.
